Careys Manor
Indulge in Traditional Afternoon tea at their chic restaurant, Cambium or in the comfort of their cosy lounge in front of a roaring log fire. A quintessential English pastime, full of traditional elegance. Served Mon-Sun – 1:30pm – 5:30pm £24 per person.


New Place Hotel

Offering Afternoon Tea on Mondays and Tuesdays in August. Enjoy afternoon tea at New Place with traditional tempting scones, clotted cream and preserves.


DoubleTree Hilton Southampton Hotel 

Enjoy a delicious afternoon tea at the DoubleTree by Hilton Southampton with a selection of sandwiches, scones with cream and a selection of jams, selection of cakes and Twinings tea and coffee. Children of all ages are welcome and all major credit cards are accepted. Served from Monday – Sunday 12pm until 5pm £16.95 per person.


Marwell Hotel

Marwell Hotel’s woodland surroundings and lounge area make it the ideal venue for taking afternoon tea, one of England’s finest traditions.

Treat yourself to a selection of sandwiches, their freshly baked scones and sweet delights, served alongside your choice of a variety of teas and coffees. For something a little decadent, add a glass of sparkling wine or champagne. Afternoon teas are available every Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoon. Booking is essential.


Solent Hotel and Spa

Afternoon tea is served daily until 5pm, from £19.95 per person. Their Gentlemen’s Afternoon Tea starts from £23.95 per person. Includes tomato muffin, Sausage and chutney turnover and a pint of Thwaites Ale.


Chilworth Manor 

Enjoy Tradition Afternoon Tea for £17.50, with a selection of cakes, sandwiches, scones, clotted cream and jam. Or, try the Prosecco Afternoon Tea for £22.50, as the traditional afternoon tea with a glass of chilled glass of Prosecco. Available between 2pm and 5pm.

Hilton Ageas Bowl

A selection of freshly made sandwiches with a variety of fillings, a selection of handcrafted sweet treats & handcrafted buttermilk fruit scones with clotted cream and fruit preserves. Served from 12pm – 5pm, £18.50 + £6.80 for a glass of prosecco + £12 for a glass of champagne.

And from September Hilton Ageas are offering take away Afternoon Teas, served in a unique tiered box for a true Afternoon Tea experience! Available for collection 7 days a week 11am – 2pm at £19.50 per person.


Rhinefield House Hotel

There is no better place to enjoy this beloved tradition than in the stunning surroundings of this country house or even al fresco on one of the terraces during warmer months. Rhinefield House Hotel offers a traditional afternoon tea £26.50 and a champagne afternoon tea £35.75. These can either be sweet or savoury. They also offer a children’s afternoon tea £9.95
