Job Type: Full-time (40 hour role)

Chilworth Manor Hotel is currently looking for a C&B Porter to working within the Food & Beverage Department you will be responsible for the day to day care of the guests who are using one of our 11 Conference Rooms.

Main duties:

· Take care of setup and breakdown for all the events when required Setup conference rooms Setup chairs and tables for any event that requires them.

· Meet & Greet with Clients on arrival and run through all aspects of their day with them. Co-ordinate with the kitchen to ensure all breaks are delivered on time.

· To set rooms during the day for the following day in accordance with client requirements and company standards

· To ensure that meeting rooms that are not in use are set up and available for client show rounds

· To ensure that all meeting rooms are maintained to the highest level of cleanliness

· To ensure that stocks of conferencing materials are maintained by up-dating stock sheets

· To store and keep a log of lost property found in meeting rooms and common areas

· To undertake any reasonable requests for additional duties by the Food & Beverage Team.

You may also be required to support with any banquets & Functions that may be hosted at the hotel, this will include weddings, proms & Corporate Events.

Most Weeks this will be a Monday – Friday roll but some weekend work will be needed to support with functions if required.

Due to the location of the hotel your own transport is essential – Or live in can be provided.
