We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our F&B Team as a full-time Food & Beverage Supervisor.

The ideal person;

  • Someone who has previous experience in a Food and Beverage role.
  • Excellent guest focus with a real passion for hospitality.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills.
  • Someone with an eye for detail and procedures, with the ability to be efficient and accurate under pressure.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills with a high level of English speaking, writing and listening skills.

Job Specific Accountabilities;

  • Enhances guest satisfaction
  • Handles guest comments and complaints professionally and ensure follow-up
  • Develop close relationships with guests to encourage loyalty
  • Ensure guests receive a warm and personalised welcome
  • Organises and supervises the preparation of points of sale according to activity forecasts
  • Ensures that reference standards are properly applied
  • Checks that sales materials are well presented
  • Develops team spirit and motivation by creating a good working atmosphere
  • Make sure of the information transmission in the concerned services
  • Takes part in the welcome and integration of new employees in the department
  • In conjunction with Management prepares or checks the work schedules, ensuring that they are consistent with activity forecasts.
  • Set daily sales targets for the team
  • Undertake Duty Management responsibilities
  • Guarantees the respect procedure for governing cash operations, administration and audits, in line with the brands internal audit guidelines
  • Ensure internal checks are carried out
  • Ensure equipment and cultural assets of the department remain in good condition and working order
  • Ensure all equipment is safe to use by staff and member of the public
  • Ensure Health and Safety Procedures are followed by all members of staff within the department.
  • Previous experience within a Food & Beverage role is essential.
